If you take proper measures like washing your hands on a regular basis, and avoid sharing eating and drinking utensils, you will probably never fall ill on a European river cruise.

Many individuals have an immense fear that cruise ships are comparatively unsafe means of transportation. They are frightened that they may sink, or that the ship will may become a target of pirates or bad elements and other similar security threats.
