This years Vermont Antiquarian Spring Book Fair will be held again at April 19, 2009. The book fair will be held at the Lake Champlain Exhibition Hall at rear of Sheraton Hotel, South Burlington, VT 05407. There will be rare books, postcards and ephemera with different variety of topics for sale at the book sale.

This years Vermont Antiquarian Spring Book Fair will be held again at April 19, 2009. The book fair will be held at the Lake Champlain Exhibition Hall at rear of Sheraton Hotel, South Burlington, VT 05407. There will be rare books, postcards and ephemera with different variety of topics for sale at the book sale.

The promoters will allow the vendors to set up their booths on April 19 from 7:00 A.M. to 9:45 A.M. The Vermont Antiquarian Spring Book Fair will officially start by 10:00 A.M. and closes by 4:00 P.M. This book fair has been held for the 16 years and based on pervious actual gate count the book fair receives about 400 visitors.

The Book fair has an admission fee for adults and children 16 years old and above. The promoters are looking for 40 retail vendors to attend the book fair this year. A space fee of $190 for a full booth and $125 for a half booth will be charged to vendors who are interested to attend the book fair. Vendors will be requested to list all items for display and if vendors will display items that are not in the list will be asked to remove the item.

Parking area for the visitors and vendors will be in the hotel and it will be for free. There will be restrooms in the hotel for the public. Electricity and water is not provided by the promoter for the vendors.

Tables and chairs will be provided by the promoters. $2,500 is the advertisement budget for the book sale. Promoters will be promoting the book sale by putting ads in the local newspaper and there will be radio broadcasting of the event. There will also be mailed postcards to dealers and customer.
