Realtors, do you know the most efficient and economical method to deodorize and disinfect a home to get it ready for sale?

It is with an electrostatic fogger. A what you say? Think of a machine the size of a carry-on suitcase with wheels and an 8 foot hose that will make any home more salable . The fogger produces an electrically charged nano droplet that actually will adhere to any surface that it is aimed at. It works on the principle of Coulomb's Law which says that opposites attract, or more specifically, unlike electrical charges attract to each other. Simply put, when charged spray particles are near any object they will be attracted to that object. They will follow electric field lines and wrap around and coat all sides.

To the realtor this means that foul odors, mold and mildew and any other bacteria that has accumulated in a home, especially forclosures, can be simply eliminated.

Many foreclosed homes have been left unoccupied and in a state of disrepair with mold and mildew and the accompanying odors permeating the home. By using an Electrostatic Fogger to apply a toxic free odor eliminator the home can be treated rapidly, and ready for showing imediately.

An Electrostatic Fogger and an EPA approved Green disinfectant/odorless odor eliminator are both marketed specifically for this application by Minneapolis based WorldWide Oxide. Using this combination a home can be deodorized and 99.9% of the bacteria eliminated in one application. The home will smell clean as the odorless product does not mask the offending odors. This process, when applied according to instructions will cost less than $.002 (two-tenths of a cent) per square foot. A home of 2,000 square feet could be treated for about $4.00 in product.

Tom Heller of WorldWide oxide states that this process is easy and that anyone can do it. No special safety equipment is required and it takes no special training. The results are terrific, the process harmless and the home is ready for the market.
