So your looking to see if Shaklee is right for you. Lets dive into what the company sells, how the sell it and if you can make money. Shaklee has been around since around 1960 and was one of the united states first MLM (Multi Level Marketing) companies. They have long been been an advocate for the MLM community and have been promoting this business structure to the masses for many years. Although Shaklee is fairly diversified across product categories, the majority of their sales come from household cleaning products and nutritional supplement. Some new up and comers in the line include weight loss supplements and skin care. It will not come as a surprise that they still operate in that same MLM structure that they did back in the day. You recruit people to work underneath you, often friends and family. You attend hotel meetings and seminars and hold product parties to promote your business and again try to recruit additional people into said business. If this is up your alley, then you are in the right place. You should also know however that it will take hundreads maybe even thousands of people underneath you for you to crack 6 figures in earning with Shaklee. To me the business model seems to be a bit archaic in nature and in all likely hood the majority of people will use the products themselves and that's about it. So what did we learn? Shaklee is not a scam, it is legitimate. On the flip side, it may not be the best way to financial freedom that they claim. Do you research and good luck!
